Officer Exonerated – Administrative and Criminal Allegations

An officer was accused of excessive force when a defendant died several days following an altercation with corrections personnel. An internal affairs and FBI investigation was conducted. Facing serious administrative and criminal allegations, the Legal Plan attorney assisted the officer in every aspect of the case until he was exonerated on all charges.
