Jim Sybert has been named President of Hylant Group’s Tennessee office. In this role, Mr. Sybert will have responsibility for the management and development of this newly established brokerage office and for its overall performance and contribution to Hylant Group nationally.

According to Hylant Group Chairman and CEO, Patrick Hylant, “Jim is one of the leading innovators and most recognized names within the risk management and insurance industry.  He is well known for his executive leadership skills and his ability to develop solutions that save clients money.  He was the ideal candidate to oversee the growth of our newly opened Nashville office and is expected to make a major contribution to the Hylant Group on a national basis.  We are very excited to have him join our company in this executive role.”

Prior to joining Hylant, Jim was with Willis, where he served as Managing Director of the Central Region Loss Management Services Division.  He was responsible for development of new products and services, and for assisting clients with the implementation of unique risk management solutions.  He also spent 15 years with a third party administrator as Senior Vice President of Risk Control Services.
