Hylant Group Promotes William P. Pridgeon, CPA to Senior Vice President and CFO

TOLEDO, Ohio - June 1, 2004 Hylant Group announces the promotion of William P. Pridgeon to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bill currently oversees all financial operations for the groups' nine offices. Some of his responsibilities include financial forecasting, long term strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership development. He is a member of the Hylant Group Strategic Planning Group and the Corporate Operations Team.

Commenting on the announcement, Patrick R. Hylant, CEO states "Bill's dedication and diligence has enabled us to make our visions into reality. His promotion is well deserved and will facilitate continued growth and success."

Bill holds his Master's degree from the University of Toledo Executive MBA program and his Bachelor's degree from the School of Business at Eastern Michigan University. He serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio as well as the Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce and Foundation. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
