Group Promotes James B. Allen to Vice President
And Legal Counsel
TOLEDO, Ohio - February
22, 2005 - Hylant Group announces the promotion
of James B. Allen 
to Vice President Risk Management
and Vice President Legal Counsel. James will continue
his account management responsibilities within the Hylant
Group Risk Management Department and assume the additional
role of inside legal counsel where he will be responsible
for setting the overall philosophy and strategy of the
organization regarding legal matters. James holds his
B.A. in Economics from Denison University and his J.D.
from the University of Toledo College of Law.
