Hylant Group Promotes Carole A. Holland to Vice President

TOLEDO, Ohio -April 29, 2005 - Hylant Group announces the promotion of Carole A. Holland to Vice President - Commercial Insurance. Carole is responsible for all Commercial Service Personnel, Hylant Group Commercial Policies and Procedures and FOCUS Groups. Carole holds her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Ohio University. She also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Professional Service Representative.
