Janice Hackett Joins Hylant Group as Executive Vice President

NASHVILLE, Tennessee - February 5, 2007 - Janice Hackett has been named Executive Vice President of Hylant Group’s Tennessee office. In this role, she will have responsibility for business development, strategic planning and coordination of client service. As a member of Hylant’s Large Accounts Practice, she will also serve in a national resource capacity to Hylant clients around the country.

Prior to joining Hylant, Ms. Hackett was Senior Vice President with Willis. Her positions there included Managing Director of the national healthcare practice, Senior Vice President of the national accounts division, and Senior Consultant in the research & development division.

Ms. Hackett specializes in the design and negotiation of casualty risk finance programs. In addition,
her areas of expertise include development and management of captive insurance programs and risk management information systems. She has worked with for-profit as well as non-profit businesses throughout the U.S.
