Hylant Group Names Regional Chief Operating Officer
Jon J. Strole Chosen as COO for Hylant’s Toledo, Ohio and Indiana Offices

TOLEDO, Ohio - May 7, 2008 - Hylant Group, one of the nation’s largest privately held commercial insurance brokerage firms, announces Jon Strole as the Regional Chief Operating Officer for the Toledo, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Bloomington, and Fort Wayne, Ind. offices. He will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and consistency to the four offices, as well as at the corporate level.

Strole will be responsible for aligning corporate resources to maximize productivity through the establishment and execution of proficient processes, while managing the personnel needed to achieve Hylant Group’s goals. He will draw upon his experience, industry knowledge and relationships, to significantly contribute to the long-term growth strategies of Hylant Group.

Prior to joining Hylant Group in Toledo more than nine years ago as Vice President and Corporate Controller, Jon, a Certified Public Accountant, was the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Tuffy Associates Corp., Director of Accounting and SEC
Reporting at AP Industries, Inc., and Audit Manager in the Toledo office of Arthur Young & Co. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo..
