Insurance can cover anyone, anything, in infinite circumstances and that’s what makes it so complicated. But you can’t *do* complicated on your worst day; the day the shop burns down, the hacker hacks in, the diagnosis comes. You need answers you can process. You need a plan and a new purpose. These are the standards under which Hylant operates and ones we share with partners the American Red Cross.
“We are in a business that deals with catastrophe loss,” said CEO Mike Hylant. “Donating is the right thing to do if you can.”
Contributions in the wake of Hurricane Michael alone enabled the Red Cross to provide more than 270,000 relief items, 2 million meals and snacks, and 43,500 overnight shelter stays.
“These numbers demonstrate how vital the Red Cross is during large-scale disasters,” said Regional Philanthropy Officer Bill Cook. “Hylant’s support of our relief efforts truly helps make a difference.”
