Lisa Hawker Joins Worldwide Broker Network Board of Directors

TOLEDO, Ohio, October 19, 2020 – Lisa Hawker, Hylant President of Employee Benefits Operations, has been selected to join the Worldwide Broker Network Board of Directors.

Established in 1989, WBN is the world’s largest independent network of insurance brokers and employee benefits consultants. Hylant is an original U.S. founding member.

As a board member, Hawker will play an instrumental role in the long-term direction of the network. She brings more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits to her role, in which she will help serve the WBN mission to provide members and their clients combined purchasing power and expertise in local markets of more than 100 countries.

“Lisa has been active with the WBN Employee Benefits Steering Committee for several years and has built strong relationships throughout the network as a result of her thought leadership,” said Bill Pridgeon, President of Hylant. “I have no doubt that the WBN and Hylant will continue to be better with Lisa Hawker’s involvement at the board level.”

The Board of Directors includes members from leading insurances brokers around the globe, including Price Forbes based in London, Mojumdar based in Tokyo, and Honan Insurance Group based in Victoria. Hawker was joined as a new WBN board member by Gurpal Singh Dhingra, an owner and director of Prudent Insurance Brokers, of India. Hylant is honored to have a seat among this esteemed group.
