January 25, 2023

Indianapolis, IN January 25, 2023 – Hylant is continuing to support the increasing needs of our clients by adding more staff to our Global Captive Solutions team. We have added four new employees within the last month across the U.S.

Our new hires include

  • Megan Charron, captive account manager
  • Tammy Conway, executive assistant
  • Ben Hale, captive consulting intern
  • Madison Johnson, captive management intern

Charron comes to the Hylant team with a year of captive insurance experience and a background in public and private accounting. Her role will involve working with her fellow team members to manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients.

Conway comes to the team with over 14 years of experience in her previous job and will play a vital role in all facets of the Global Captive Solutions team. She will work closely with Anne Marie Towle on facilitating large projects.

Hale is an intern in his third year at Indiana State University and is heavily involved in Gamma Iota Sigma. He will learn from the experts on our consulting team the entire process a prospective client goes through when considering and analyzing what type of captive is the best fit for them.

Johnson is an intern in her second year at Bowling Green State University, where she is also involved in Gamma Iota Sigma. She will work closely with the management team to understand the process of implementing a captive and assisting the client in operating it.

The expansion of our team ensures Hylant has a world-class team of captive experts. Hylant is proud to add such strong talent around the globe and allow young professionals to secure a future in the captive insurance industry by investing in our youth and serving as mentors in an exciting business.

“I am excited about the continued expansion and growth of our team. We are always looking for the best talent in the industry and finding new ways to grow and innovate.” Anne Marie Towle, CEO of Global Captive Solutions, states when discussing the new rapid growth of our team.
