Toledo, OH January 4, 2023 – The Hylant leadership team has announced the promotion of Bridget Scott to Chief Marketing Officer effective January 1, 2023.
In Bridget’s five and a half years leading the marketing team, she has championed the evolution of Hylant’s brand, story and people, consistently focused on new opportunities and Hylant’s future. Under her leadership, the marketing team has scaled from a small fulfillment center deploying occasional presentations, emails and events to a team of strategists, visual creatives, content writers and digital marketers.
As CMO, Bridget’s priority will be to align our investments to customer acquisition strategies, driving revenue and supporting Hylant’s Drive to 5 initiatives. While overseeing the overall marketing strategy, Bridget will continue to improve Hylant’s brand positioning messages and bring innovations to Hylant’s marketing technology stack, including sales enablement solutions and demand-generation tools. Bridget will continue to lead the marketing department with the support of team leaders, Josh Fern and Cally Fleming, and collaborate with leaders throughout the organization on the Hylant Client Experience, led by Rebekah Baranowski.
